Position Title: HRIS Workday Analyst
Salary Range: $80,340-$92,700

Reports to: VP of Enterprise IT
Location: Remote
Schedule: M-F; 35 hours

Position Summary:
Vibrant is seeking an HRIS IT BA to administer its Workday system. This position will provide technical support and administration as well as recommendations for configuration options/feature enhancements.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Workday System Administration
- Create, Configure, and Maintain Business Processes in Workday for each functional group. i.e., Set custom automation for Payroll Processing and Reporting in Workday Modules.
- Review Ongoing updates and new features available in Workday to streamline processes.
- Examine efficiencies in automation, setup, change orders, requests, and approval processes.
- Ensure Time Entry flows through all systems to live in Workday.
- Ensure Data Sharing and Transparency for data owned by HR between HR, IT, and Finance.
- Record all API and SFTP Integrations and which Business Processes they impact.
- Serve as SME for all Workday Training, Administration, and Configuration.
- Account maintenance as needed
- Attend all Workday Implementation Meetings.
Partnership with Workday Team to Prep for Testing
- Creates test plans
- Assigns test scenarios
- End-to-End Testing
- Data Validation
- Functional Testing
- Integration Testing
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong understanding of Workday features and functionality
- Experience working with Workday integrations
- Proven analytical abilities
- Experience generating process diagrams, requirements documentation, and reports
- Experience with implementing large-scale technology projects
- Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Required Qualifications:
- College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science or 5 years equivalent work experience.
- 2-3 years of experience working with Workday
