Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Patient Navigator to join our team supporting Benign/Hematology. In this role, you will be an advocate, educator, and support system for patients. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that our patients receive high-quality, comprehensive care throughout their treatment journey. Key Responsibilities: *Serve as an advocate, interpreter, educator, and counselor for patients in the Leukemia and Lymphoma population. *Manage the care of assigned patients, ensuring access to comprehensive healthcare and ancillary services. *Act as the primary point of contact for patients and their caregivers, providing guidance and support. *Maintain ongoing communication with patients and their families throughout the treatment process. *Utilize clinical nursing knowledge and skills in all aspects of care management. Qualifications: *Current RN license in Virginia or compact state. *Experience in oncology nursing preferred. *Strong interpersonal and communication skills. *Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. *Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
