Position Summary To work as an Office manager, you must be able to work with the public. Be able to understand and follow instructions in a matter of time. Be able to take directions and to work with little supervision. Have good computer skills, attendance and punctuality to report to work. Have a positive attitude and good customer service. Essential Functions
Working Conditions Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis. Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, and reach overhead. Ability to operate computer, fax and telephone. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Minimum Qualifications

High School or Equivalent (required)
Experience
Have a minimum of three years of experience in Administration Assistant (required)
Type 40/ wpm 10 key (required) Bilingual (English and Spanish) (preferred) Licenses & Certifications
