Lead Finance Specialist - Manufacturing, Valves

Partner with the best

As Lead Finance Specialist you will be advising management in the business and will have asupportive role in decision-making about important subjects. This will include presenting to leaders in the business solutions or functional area on functional discipline and business solutions, working with cross-functional team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the business cycle- 3 year plan, budget, forecasts at each level of the organization. Define KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the organization- mfg., R&D, eng, supply, commissioning.

  • Analyzing the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed.

  • Influence small business unit or Family within a Function or P&L.

  • Tracking monthly/quarterly absorption labor hours and work with manufacturing function to improve productivity

  • Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives to shape and improve processes and procedures for the new VTC Site

  • Collaborating with supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs

  • Working on standard cost improvement by reducing purchase price and NAOH variance

  • Maintaining and monitoring the fixed asset ledger and ensuring compliance with asset capitalization and depreciation policies.

  • Reviewing details collected from sales & project management for LDs, Concessions, etc

  • Performing closing and reporting task as may assign by the team lead

Fuel Your Passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with at least 4 years of experience in Finance or Accounting

  • Experience in manufacturing or supply chain finance is a plus

  • Collaborative mindset: You thrive in a collaborative environment, effectively leading and motivating other

  • Analytical ability: Analytical and meticulous, you have a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Ability to influence others and lead small teams.

  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.

  • Effective problem identification and solution skills.
