The Senior HR Generalist - Policy Specialist is responsible for various duties related to the oversight and maintenance of key Human Resources policies that require awareness of the regulatory environment and are on an annual review and approval cycle. Position Requirements Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in a corporate Human Resources environment with a robust knowledge of HR principles and practices, to include familiarity with federal, state and local laws and regulations. A Bachelor's degree in an HR or business-related field is also required. Additional requirements include:

Bachelors of Human Resource Administration (required)
Experience
