As a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for communicating and monitoring product and system requirements to suppliers, ensuring alignment with quality standards. You will lead and coordinate the qualification process, including First Article Inspection (FAI) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), to ensure suppliers deliver qualified products on time. You will regularly monitor supplier quality performance issues, conduct reviews, and initiate corrective actions, such as root cause analysis and problem-solving activities, to maintain continuous compliance with quality expectations. In this role you act as the primary liaison with suppliers and recommend improvements to quality processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide leadership and professional development guidance in partnership with the Value Stream and functional teams. Job Responsibilities
