Class A CDL Driver

Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Class A CDL Driver for ourNew Braunfels, TX team.

This professional, organized, and safety-minded individual will be responsible for operating a tanker or straight rail roll-offtrucks to assist with the local pick-ups and overnight deliveries.

This position reports to the Transportation Supervisor. This role is onsite and is based inNew Braunfels, TX.

Essential responsibilities:



  • Operate commercial vehicles, including tractor-trailers, tankers, roll-offs, and box trucks, safely and in full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Primarily focus on local route driving, with occasional over-the-road (OTR) driving as required
  • Transport hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials to disposal or recycling facilities
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring they are in safe operating condition
  • Maintain accurate digital logs of working hours, vehicle service, and repair status, following all applicable DOT regulations
  • Complete all required manifest paperwork and documentation accurately
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
  • Assist with loading and unloading of materials as needed
  • Properly secure load to ensure safe & compliant transportation of materials
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to maintain industry knowledge and skills


Basic Requirements:




  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Class A Commercial Driver's License.
  • Hazmat endorsement.
  • Basic knowledge of, or interest in, hazardous waste field.
  • Self-motivated person with the desire to learn
  • Must be willing to consent to Motor Vehicle Record screening, criminal background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen (inclusive of THC)
  • Upon employment, you will be required to participate in a random drug screening program (inclusive of THC) as part of our company's commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Must be able to lift 60 pounds on a regular basis
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours within the work week (Monday through Friday)
  • Ability to work overtime on a regular basis
  • The Driver position frequently handles hazardous chemicals and biological waste and responsible for taking on and taking off personal protective equipment. This role is considered safety-sensitive
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship


Preferred Requirements:



  • Tanker endorsements or willing to obtain.
  • Manual Driving experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and computers.
