Part-Time Project Coordinator (Construction)

Cape Fox and subsidiary Mountain Point are seeking a highly qualified Project Coordinator to join our team.The Project Coordinator will assist across directorates within construction on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual communications and deliverables for Director, Program and Project level initiatives. This position will report to the President, and will support all 3 directorates; Operations, Quality and Safety, and Operations Support.

Remote work is acceptable until Atlanta office is established.

Duties include:

Communication Coordination, Data Entry, Data Analysis, Data Reporting

Consolidate reporting and deliverables across directorates to ensure accurate sharing of critical information and data

Support Directorates on critical data reporting efforts

Distribute Director, Program, Project level communication of critical data

Organization of critical data for Program and Project deliverables
