Role & Responsibilities * Creating and distributing work schedules for the sanitation workers. * Performing daily inspections of the manufacturing facility and reporting any irregularities. * Coordinating and monitoring cleaning schedules. * Inspecting the manufacturing process to determine sanitation protocols. * Ensures proper Good Manufacturing Practices are always followed. * Develops and maintains applicable records (EPA, BRC, AIB, etc.). * Assigns and directs work of sanitation employees and any contract employees Safety: o Maintains safe working environment for all employees/contractors. o Promotes safety in all areas of operations. o participates in the development, implementation, and enforcement of safety program. o Participates in accident investigations. o Promote employee safety in all areas of operations. o Other related duties as assigned by Branch Manager. Requirements & Physical Demands * Ability to arrive to work on time consistently * Five or more years in plant sanitation management. Preferably in an industrial bakery Effective written and verbal communication skills. * Demonstrated knowledge in pest control. * Able to read, comprehend and practice necessary safety procedures, signs, etc. * Able to lift up to 50 pounds. * Have the ability to stand and/or stoop for the full shift * Working holidays and weekends is frequently required * Must be 18 years or older What's in it for you?
