Compensation Analyst

Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System becoming Emplify Health, a large and growing health system, is seeking a passionate and collaborative Compensation Analyst to join our dynamic team!

As a Compensation Analyst, you'll be actively involved with the research, development, and implemenation of employee compensation programs. You'll partner with leadership on job descriptions and determine appropriate pay level and exemption status, complete compensation surveys, and perform regular audits and reporting.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in a business related field or Human Resources or Finance or Accounting

• 2 years HR or Compensation Experience

• Strong analytical and project management skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

What's Available:

• 1.0 FTE

• Location: remote eligible role for residents of WI, MN, and IA. However, must be willing to participate in regular on-site for meetings and events as needed in the La Crosse, WI or Green Bay, WI area.
