The Supply Chain New Product Introduction Planner is responsible to create and maintain a feasible Master Plan Schedule in line with company goals and strategies to meet customer demand. The NPI Supply Chain Planner will ensure alignment of supply to demand by partnering with other functional groups (Sourcing, Demand Management, Quality, Engineering and Factories) to meet on time deliveries, key performance indicators and achieve the company's stated financial targets. The position will report to the Manager of Supply Chain and will drive supply improvement, resolve supply gaps and variances as well as prevent excess & obsolete in an extremely fast paced environment. The NPI SCM planner manages high level of detail on several NPI projects at different stages of maturity at the same time, so the candidate besides having attention to detail must be organized, efficient, analytical, agile, resourceful, independent and a strong communicator. Qualifications
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD$89,100 -$172,100 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
