Department OverviewThe FSO (Field Service Organization) is responsible for supporting the upgrade, implementation and maintenance of highly technical mission critical communications systems at public safety customer locations throughout the West Region (T6/T7/T8).Job tasks include but are not limited to: System Upgrades, Juniper Upgrades, Firewalls, Deployment, Optimization, and Repair of Infrastructure, Public Safety Loggers, Subscribers, Microwave, Computers, Servers and Network Equipment. Our department works closely with Public Safety Customers, System Managers, Engineers, Sales Team, Project Managers, System Technologists and Service Partners to accomplish the assigned tasks. The Field Service Technician will cover the West Region - California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Oklahoma and Texas (T6/T7/T8). This position is subject to working in high security areas governed by the US Department of Justice's "Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy" and therefore requires successfully passing a more stringent fingerprint background check administered by Motorola Solutions Inc. customers. #LI-CC1 Target Base Salary Range: $68,200 - $109,100 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
