The Digital Payment Operations Supervisor is responsible for the daily workflow of the Digital Payment Operation Team to ensure timely and accurate processing of Wire Transfer, MRDC, Bill Payment, Online Money Transfer Options and Fraud Mitigation. The Digital Payment Operations Supervisor will also oversee the Mobile Check Deposit, Bill Payment, and Make a Payment Program. Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Licensure, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or an Associate Degree or relevant deposit operations certifications. In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience within deposit operations is required.
Experience:
- 5-7 years relevant financial experience and strong supervisory experience/skills required.
- Experience in assessing workflows, leading a team, mentoring, coaching, and training staff is required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of Online Payment Programs and Operations Preferred
- Knowledge of ACH, Share Draft, electronic processing preferred
- Knowledge in compliance and regulations in regards to ACH, Share Drafts, and electronic payments preferred
- Strong knowledge in NACHA Operating Rules, Regulation CC, and PCI Compliance
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and strategic and creative thinking abilities.
- Takes responsibility for achieving results.
- Identifies members banking issues and needs.
- Serves as a resource to members, prospective members, and employees.
- Continually learns and stays current trends in the marketplace.
- Builds collaborative and productive relationships in the organization.
- Member service centric and empathetic to member needs

- Strong working knowledge of relevant software including Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
