Supervisor - Digital Payment Operations

• Digital Operations Supervision (Oversee daily operations)

• Digital Payment Operations Program Management/System Administration

• Department Liaison/Project Management/Process Enhancement/Digital Payments Innovation

• Fraud Mitigation Supervision

• Employee Management and Training

• Data Integrity and Monitoring/Compliance, Risk and Audit Oversight

Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Licensure, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or an Associate Degree or relevant deposit operations certifications. In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience within deposit operations is required.

Experience:

• 5-7 years relevant financial experience and strong supervisory experience/skills required.
• Experience in assessing workflows, leading a team, mentoring, coaching, and training staff is required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of Online Payment Programs and Operations Preferred
• Knowledge of ACH, Share Draft, electronic processing preferred
• Knowledge in compliance and regulations in regards to ACH, Share Drafts, and electronic payments preferred
• Strong knowledge in NACHA Operating Rules, Regulation CC, and PCI Compliance
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and strategic and creative thinking abilities.
• Takes responsibility for achieving results.
• Identifies members banking issues and needs.
• Serves as a resource to members, prospective members, and employees.
• Continually learns and stays current trends in the marketplace.
• Builds collaborative and productive relationships in the organization.
• Member service centric and empathetic to member needs
• Conveys ideas efficiently in both written and verbal communications
• Demonstrates effective time management.
• Strong working knowledge of relevant software including Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
• Strong research, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
• Easily adapts to change
• Promotes hard work and dedication while promoting a fun and engaging environment.
