Position Title: Wet Blending Operator

Wage: $18.00 per hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 8am to 4pm

QPS Employment Group has a great Wet Blending Operator position available at a company in Racine, WI. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire.

Wet Blending Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Obtain picking sheets daily from Lead Operator.

- Process ingredients in proper order.

- Verify that the metal detector and all processing equipment are operating in a safe manner.

- Pack totes/pails/boxes to proper weight, label and seal properly.

- Complete required documentation.

- Scan finished product into inventory.

- Perform daily cleaning assignments.

Wet Blending Operator Requirements:

- Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word.

- Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems.

- Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely.

- Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions.

- Ability to work within the company's policies of customer satisfaction and teamwork within a collaborative environment.

- High School diploma, or equivalent.

- Food ingredient and bar code background preferred.

- Candidates must be familiar with computer operation.
