Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC and Richmond, VA. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Work as a Project Manager in the Global Banking Technology Team Provide infrastructure and application delivery support on multiple applications involving the managing capacity, services, and various projects deliverables Drive complex solution deliveries, technical issues, problems related to supported applications, networks, servers and like technologies Plan timeframe of service releases with application teams Identify solutions to work around open issues / problems that are under investigation or pending resolution Support program and project management responsibilities relating to application software implementations and upgrades Matrix execution responsibility across multiple technology teams Manage multiple projects or a single complex project Partner with Program and Project Managers and SMEs to create business requirements for technology solutions Assist with technology estimates, manages low to moderate complexity technology solutions for projects to a full-scale deployment in a live environment Manage to timelines and communicates project status and has matrix management responsibility Build positive give and take relationships with stakeholders Requirements: 5+ years' experience in similar role Educational background and experience in technology with knowledge of programs and projects frameworks Strong Project Management Skills MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Power Point Able to manage the successful execution of technical solutions whether by a single team or multiple teams, including disparate teams globally Self-starter with ability to work independently Team player with good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and flexibility Able to face off to business and technology leaders of varying levels of seniority Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to lead meetings, follow-up, negotiate and resolve ambiguity Keen attention to detail and strong sense of ownership and accountability for work Desired skills: Experience of large-scale complex projects A passion for technology and banking operations Extensive data analysis and associated presentation Infrastructure/application delivery projects (servers, storage, network, etc.) Pay Range: $45.63 - $53.63 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
