Advantage Resourcing is hiring an Answering Dispatcher in Dothan, AL! If you're looking for a dynamic opportunity, read on to find out more. Pay Rate: $14/hr during training, then $15/hr once trained Shift: Wednesday - Friday and every other weekend | 10 PM - 7 AM As an Answering Dispatcher, you'll be responsible for answering incoming calls, providing information, and transferring calls as needed. You will relay messages, handle emergency calls, and perform clerical tasks like proofreading and typing. You'll monitor business emails, maintain client confidentiality, and route customer complaints to management. Other duties include attending staff meetings, reporting to the Operations Manager, managing daily reports, checking obituaries, restocking supplies, and keeping your workspace organized.
