Learn more about the UC Office of the President Department Overview 60% Microsoft 365 System Administration (Email) and AWS Simple Email Service (SES). Installs, customizes, tests and implements the supported applications, servers, and utility programs based on design documents. Provides Tier 2 and 3 technical support and analysis for technical solutions. Addresses high complexity and high-risk requests in a timely and professional manner using discretion as needed. 30% Applies advanced systems/infrastructure concepts to perform highly complex technical functions. Proposes and implements highly complex system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance, security and reliability of the supported systems. Analyzes, acquires, installs, and supports applications, systems, and utilities required for supported systems. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Implement security patches and updates as necessary and in a timely fashion. 5% Attend training sessions, classes and demonstrations when offered. Supplement existing knowledge and skills through technical journals, manuals and other resources. Support other prioritized organization initiatives. Other duties as assigned. Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation schedule as required. 5% Produce documentation as need for complex tasks so others can replicate. Experience

Job Title The University of California, Office of the President, is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
