Federal Work Study (On-Campus - Student Assistant)

ECU Department of Chemistry is currently seeking a Student Assistant. The candidate will assist the Student Services Specialist within the department with:
-Greeting Faculty, Staff, Students and Parents
-Making test copies
-Keeping the copiers stocked with paper, ink, etc.
-Making sure copy room is stocked with paper, notify student service specialist with ongoing list of paper needs
-Checking the mailboxes daily and distribute mail into mailboxes
-Seminar set-up/clean-up
-Running errands to different departments around campus (knowledge of campus buildings is a plus
-Copying
-Shredding
-Light cleaning
-Forms
-Answering phones.
-Helping with organizing
-Assisting staff with other duties assigned as needed which could range from a heavy or light job depending on the assignment
-Assisting with departmental events

We are looking for someone that has great customer service skills, able to multi-task, organized, has a great attitude, and exercises professionalism.
