Regional Assessment Clinician

Location: Adolescent Metro - Dorchester, MA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm

Pay rate: $90,000-$95,000/annually

Qualifications:

• LICSW or LMHC licensure required
• Minimum of a master 's degree in Social Work, Clinical / Counseling, Psychology or related field and a minimum of two years field experience; demonstrated direct experience with youth counseling and/or assessments required
• Highly developed clinical skills including assessment and diagnostic skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and basic computer skills required.

The Regional Assessment Clinician is responsible for:

• Performing intake assessments on youth referred to the programs
• Formulating Individual Treatment Plan (in concert with the youth).
• Demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities and complete duties in the allotted time frame
• Networking with other health care professionals and agencies in order to enhance services rendered and to share appropriate information as necessary
• Providing individual/ group / family counseling
