The USC Alfred E. Mann School of Pharmacy, Fellowship Programs seeks a full-time Program Administrator. The Mission of the USC Mann Fellowship Program is to create Post-Doctoral Fellowship training programs that develop professionals to meet future needs. We achieve this by providing innovative, cross-functional, and collaborative training centered on projects while embedded with industry partners. The USC Mann Industry Fellowships are an interdisciplinary partnership providing multi-year fellowships, joint academic and industry research projects, and a culture of belonging and cross-pollination with USC Mann. The Program Administrator is responsible for project management, strategic planning, and program coordination and is accountable for execution and delivery of all aspects of the Fellowship programs at the USC Mann School of Pharmacy. They will need to be comfortable working with ambiguity, exhibit good judgement, and be able to work with limited supervision. The Program Administrator reports to the Senior Director, Fellowship Programs and will work closely with the Executive Director, Fellowship Programs and other internal and external stakeholders. The Program Administrator does not have direct reports but will oversee activities supported by a Program Coordinator and Student Worker. The annual base salary range for this position is $81,000 - $84,000.
