We are currently seeking a PET/CT Technologist Quick Responder to join our Heartland Region. This technologist will be covering a territory including Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Colorado. Anticipated Schedule: Typically 4 days per week with overnights depending on location Could work extra hours/days for coverage Weekly guarantee of hours Responsibilities: Work closely with regional management to ensure all sites are running efficiently Assist with monthly radiation safety requirements and observations Competently perform imaging procedures, including administering contrast agents and radiopharmaceuticals Perform equipment quality check and adhere to quality assurance guidelines Maintain compassionate patient care, comfort and safety, while ensuring patient confidentiality Ability to cover the assigned territory for coverage Qualifications: Registered/registry eligible in Nuclear Medicine: NMTCB-CNMT or ARRT(N) Ability to receive permit to practice(s) as necessary Ability to produce quality special imaging with little supervision Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check, urine drug screen and physical Benefits: Will receive a company car for business travel purposes Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Retirement Plans: 401k and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Spending (Medical and Dependent Care) Life and AD&D Insurance Short and Long-term disability coverage Paid lodging and per diems for any overnight stays CLEAN COMMITMENT: Shared Medical Services has standard practices for a clean mobile environment and infection control policies and procedures for all patients.
