Genesis10 is currently seeking a Data Management Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Consult on complex data management initiatives, providing insights and contributing to large-scale planning and execution Develop and optimize complex workflows using Alteryx core features, including data preparation, automated workflows, visualization, and reporting Create predictive models to identify potential data quality issues early in the pipeline and support triaging of data quality observations Design complex batch and iterative macros, troubleshoot and optimize existing macros, and create dynamic applications with cascading logic and conditional functionality Automate data comparisons and analysis processes to streamline data management operations Analyze and decode existing workflows, documenting logic and steps for transparency and future enhancements Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and ensure compliance with functional policies and procedures Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management, or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education Hands-on experience with Alteryx core features, data analytics automation, and workflow optimization Alteryx certifications: Alteryx Designer Expert and Alteryx Predictive Master (required) Proficiency in data investigation, cleansing, preparation, and visualization using Alteryx Pay Range: $52-$62 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
