We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as a Customer Service Coordinator.

The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for providing the lead on customer service, sales delivery, growth and development and marketing Incora to the aerospace and defense markets.

Receive and process customer enquiries relating to customer purchase orders placed, maintaining and developing relationships with customers to ensure the highest level of service is consistently provided at all times.

    About you:

  • Provide first point of contact for customers in line with agreed account split to ensure our customers have a dedicated point of contact for all sales orders related enquiries.
  • Produce accurate order books for customers to ensure current delivery status is clear and understood and is effectively acted upon.
  • Process customer expedites requests in line with agreed service level and escalation policy to obtain best possible availability.
  • Identify and produce data, liaising internally as appropriate to ensure arrears are escalated and processed effectively to meet customer required dates.
  • Manage customer deletion, communicating to the appropriate sales person to ensure the requests are acceptable to the business.
  • Participation in improvement activities at department/company level to enhance business performance.
  • Comply with all relevant internal rules, policy and procedures, including those relating to Health and Safety, Data Protection and all those contained within the issued Employee Handbook and Policies and Procedures Manual.
  • Undertake other duties and tasks that may be allocated that are appropriate to the job.
  • Language Skills
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, production reports, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read, write and comprehend simple business correspondence and memos. Ability to effectively communicate information to co-workers or customers in both one-on-one and small group situations.
  • Mathematical Skills
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Reasoning Ability
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Business Judgment
  • Ability to adhere to all company policies and procedures in a professional and consistent manner. Able to apply common sense understanding and use appropriate judgment in routine business situations with supervisor, co-workers and customers.
  • Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of AS400 system/environment
