RESPONSIBILITIES:




  • Maintain records, completes and distributes reports for outgoing/incoming shipments.
  • Utilize CIMS/E-Commerce systems to generate reports/tags, input and verify applicable information to ensure accuracy of counts and other data
  • Experience with Lot Coding
  • Proactively communicate with internal customers regarding scheduling changes for shipping/receiving
  • Addresses customer inquiries regarding shipments/receivables in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist department personnel, when needed, to balance the workload, organize area, and perform general cleaning.
  • Communicate daily shipments/staging and cycle counting information to material handlers/production.
  • Ensure all paperwork related to incoming/outbound shipments is accurate.
  • May be required to operate forklift and maintain applicable licensures.


  • Willing to cross train and work with other team members on tasks for team members' customers.
  • During peak season, must be available to work overtime hours, as needed.


  • Comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Must be qualified to operate Fork Lift.
  • Additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Must be willing, at time of peak need, to help on the production lines.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:




  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must be proficient in various programs in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • At least one year of comparable experience in area of receiving


  • Two (2) Years Fork Lift Experience.


  • Must be able to read, recognize numbers and understand number sequences.
  • Must be able to do basic math calculation (i.e., count, add, subtract, multiply, divide).
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Ability to seek answers/solutions to questions.
  • Ability and willingness to work overtime on short notice, both during the week and weekends.
  • Ability to work in manufacturing environment, with varying temperatures based on season, around machinery, and heavy forklift traffic.
  • Able to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Must effectively communicate with diverse workforce.
  • Must be adaptable to changing work environment.
  • Fulfillment experience a plus
