What this job involves: As a Manager of Facilities Operations at JLL, you'll play a crucial role in shaping a brighter way for our clients and fellow employees. You'll lead a team responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' facilities, implementing innovative solutions, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. What your day-to-day will look like: Oversee daily facilities operations, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness Manage and mentor a team of facilities professionals, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain quality standards Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to address concerns and implement solutions Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and industry standards Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and facilities management software Valid driver's license and ability to travel to multiple sites as needed Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Facilities Management or related field Professional certifications such as FMP, CFM, or IFMA credentials Experience with sustainability initiatives and green building practices Knowledge of project management methodologies Multilingual capabilities Experience with data analysis and performance metrics At JLL, we embrace more innovative ways of working and prioritize opportunities to strengthen and advance your career.
