Description - MUST BE ABLE TO WORK TUES- SATURDAY shift 8-4:30 CST ** * Main Responsibilities * Deliver 1-1 coaching sessions around budgeting, spending behaviors and improving financial wellbeing * Weekly team meetings and 1-1 * Actively manage appointment calendar, input client and session data in a timely manner, participate in professional development, and complete ongoing training as provided, on programs and services * Timely correspondence and communication with team and users (session results - user follow up, team meetings Administrative duties related to client management, CRM system and calendar management * Maintaining excellent relationships with participants to provide ongoing support between sessions. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Candidate should have 1.5 + years experience of the following: * Education: A bachelor's degree High preferred and or some higher level education. * Experience: Experience in client relationship management, Financial coaching , mentorship , teaching or a similar role. * Familiarity with CRM software and the ability to manage client interactions effectively. * Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships, and proficiency in using CRM platforms * TUES- SATURDAY shift 8-4:30 CST *, START DATE in NEW YEAR* 1.
