Description & Requirements
About the Role: We are currently looking for a highly skilled and strategic Divisional System Architect to oversee the management and optimization of our various applications, including CRM, ERP/SAP, eCommerce, web portals, and others. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of these critical platforms, driving efficiency and evaluating various tools & technologies. Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
- Align IT strategy with business strategy to ensure that technology investments support the overall business direction.
Architecture Design:
- Develop and maintain Divisional architecture that encompasses business processes, information systems, applications, data, and technology infrastructure.
- Design and document high-level and detailed architecture solutions to address business problems and opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure architectural alignment.
Technology Assessment:
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to determine their potential impact on the organization.
- Conduct technology assessments and provide recommendations for the adoption of new tools or systems.
Standards and Governance:
- Establish and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality in technology solutions.
- Provide guidance on technology governance and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Integration and Interoperability:
- Drive integration between various systems such as CRM, eCommerce, web portals, and other enterprise systems such as SAP ERP that support the Lifestyle Division.
- Ensure seamless interoperability to optimize data flow and business processes.
Vendor Relationships:
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
- Evaluate and select vendors based on performance, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business needs.
Security, Compliance & Risk Management:
- Implement and enforce security measures to protect all Lifestyle divisional data, portals, and applications.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology decisions and implementations.
- Provide recommendations for addressing security, scalability, and performance concerns.
What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or Engineering
- 15+ years experience in Enterprise Architecture, systems management, project management and/or Business Analysis
- Proven experience in systems architecture, integration, and innovation leadership.
- Strong knowledge of emerging technologies and their application in a business context.
What is Nice to Have
- Experience in tools such as visio, Confluence, Jira etc
- Experience in working in a global environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills
What Makes You Eligible
- Be willing to travel up to 5%, domestic and international travel.
- Be willing to work in an office (Northridge, CA.) 3 days a week.
- Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment

Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation are also available, such as bonuses or commission.
Pay is based on a wide range of factors, including, without limitation, skill set, experience, training, location, and business need. While the above range is a reasonable estimate of the wage range for this position, please note the disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographical differential associated with the location where the position may be filled.
