We have an opportunity for a Facilities Supervisor at the Southwest Justice Center. We are seeking a dependable individual who under general direction, will supervise the assigned operations of the court facility division(s)/region(s) as assigned and ensure facility maintenance and services are provided in an efficient and timely manner for all court facilities throughout the mid-county region in a court provided vehicle. The ideal candidate will possess one of the following options:

Option I:

Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Facilities Management or a closely related field.

Experience: One-year experience in facilities maintenance AND two years of lead or supervisory experience. Familiarity with OSHA and ADA guidelines is required. Knowledge of SAP and CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management) a plus.

Option II:

Education: High School diploma or GED

Experience: Three years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions AND two years in a lead or supervisory role. Familiarity with OSHA and ADA guidelines is required. Knowledge of SAP and CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management) a plus.

Certification and/or License Requirement: OSHA 10 certification and Cal-OSHA Asbestos O&M Initial 16-hour course (OSHA class 3) must be obtained within 6 months of hire (courses are Court funded).


This recruitment for Facilities Supervisor will create a hiring list used to fill a current vacancy that will serve the Court's Mid-County Region to include courthouses in Murrieta, Menifee, and Banning, as well as fill future vacancies countywide.
