What we need...

The Client Services Manager serves as primary support for COCC's conversion efforts in a management role. Responsible for supporting, guiding and training direct reporting employees. Acts as a Subject Matter Expert in converting clients to COCC products and services.

What you'll do...



  • Coordinates all aspects of client conversions targeting satisfaction of Mission Excellence goals.
  • Information gathering of various conversion aspects
  • Coordinates communication between client and other COCC

    departments
  • Works with financial institution to determine COCC contact

    management designations
  • Assists with completion of data analysis and review during

    pre-conversion, mock, and conversion periods, including

    report review
  • Provides applicable support and training to converting

    financial institutions


What you'll bring...



  • Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications
  • 5+ years' experience in financial services industry
  • Prior conversion experience preferred
  • Previous supervisory/management experience preferred


This position entails approximately 25% travel to clients, primarily in the Northeast.

The salary range for this position is $91,800 - $142,800.
