Sourcing Specialist - Talent Acquisition

The Sourcing Specialist works closely with the business professional recruiting team to identify and execute strategies for sourcing and screening qualified candidate pools and pipelines.

Use a variety of tools, including extensive use of LinkedIn Recruiter, to identify potential candidates for job openings
• Develop and regularly engage with candidate pipelines for recurring roles
• Conduct screening interviews to thoroughly assess fit
• Serve as a subject matter expert in LinkedIn Recruiter and other applicant and sourcing tools
• Track sourcing projects and metrics using Smartsheet
• Provide regular reports to Talent Acquisition leadership using LinkedIn Recruiter, Smartsheet, Excel, and the ATS

Education and/or Experience:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• A minimum of two years of experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition sourcer, or other recruiting-focused role.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems.
• Moderate to advanced proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws

Preferred:

• ICIMS and/or Workday experience
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification
