As a Consultant in our Emerging Outsourced Accounting Services (eOAS) group, you will be a valued member of our team and will build relationships with our outsourcing clients. The eOAS team utilizes cloud-based accounting platforms and software applications to provide recurring accounting and proactive advice to our clients. How you will contribute: Dedicate time to client service while coordinating work for our clients in the following areas: General ledger importing or synchronization Accounts payable processing utilizing Bill.com Sales tax reporting Payroll consulting and coordination with a 3^rd party provider Bank and credit card account reconciliations Depreciation schedule preparation Monthly and year-end trial balance closing assistance Assist with monthly management reports and financial statements Various virtual and on-site outsourced accounting services Accounting system design and implementation of QuickBooks Online and Sage Intacct platforms Various software application implementation projects We are looking for people with Forward Vision and: Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities Commitment to client service Ability to prioritize work for multiple clients and consistently meet deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience working with QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, and Bill.com preferred Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, technology, or other business-related field or a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, staff accounting, or technology Applicants for positions with Forvis Mazars must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
