What Does a Fleet Operations Analyst do at Swire Coca-Cola?

Responsible for maintaining consistency and high-quality data across diverse platforms, PowerBI and CONA SAP. Conduct thorough reviews of data, ensuring accuracy across all sources. Validate proper creation or modification of data and provide foundational knowledge for reporting purposes across Swire. Manage correction processes when data deviates from standards. Generate period-end reports assessing the quality of data. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for data analysis and process improvement. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong attention to detail and a drive for Logistics Excellence.

Responsibilities



  • Lead the analysis of data related to fleet operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop strategic plans to optimize fleet performance and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive operational excellence.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve fleet operations.
  • Monitor and analyze fleet data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards in PowerBI to track fleet performance and communicate insights to senior management.
  • Assess and mitigate risks related to fleet operations, including compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventories, transfers and asset disposals.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new fleet initiatives and projects.
  • Participate in new equipment in-service and disposal processes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and provide support to other departments on fleet-related matters.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve fleet processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Finance, or similar, related field, or equivalent education and experience required
  • 2-4 years Demonstrated work experience in business intelligence, data reporting, and analysis required
  • 4-6 years Experience in data analysis or similar data quality experience (in lieu of a Bachelor's degree) required required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, PowerBI, Snowflake, SAP or other data visualization tools
  • Excel knowledge (daily usage of pivot tables, v-lookups, index match functions, etc.)
  • How to identify and explain data anomalies
  • Capability to manage needs and concerns of multiple stakeholders across various areas.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills with timely follow-up.
  • Must have strong analytical skills and the ability to work with mathematical concepts.
