Your Role With Us: Under the guidance of the SHMG Clinical Practice & Safety Nurse Manager, this role supports outpatient SHMG RNs and clinical staff by ensuring consistency in clinical standards, workflows, and regulatory readiness. The nurse collaborates with clinic leadership, staff, and providers to promote patient safety, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to communicate, both written and verbal, constructively. * Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to maintain confidentiality. * Understanding of medical terminology. * Capability to compute basic statistical data and manage relational databases. * Adaptability to frequent interruptions while maintaining performance under pressure. * Demonstrates ability to lead & coach others. * Experience with reviewing & implementing regulatory guidance for compliance. * Strong understanding of how to develop and implement clinical protocols and workflows in collaboration with EMR system. * Strong understanding of how clinical practice impacts clinic financial outcomes. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
