Manufacturing Leader - 4th shift Enamel

What you'll do:

Leader of sub-assembly support production areas that owns the team results

Complete work with a limited degree of direction.

Creates a positive work environment, fostering open communication and dialogue

Complete all necessary documentation and communicate accurately and timely.

Supports the Electrolux Management System and implements continuous improvement processes and cost savings.

Own and develop JDS (job description sheets) and Skills Matrix

Drive autonomous maintenance.

Provide solutions to problems in situations that are atypical or infrequently occurring based on existing precedents or procedures

Qualifications Required:

• 3 - 5 years of manufacturing experience.

• Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment or experience in team building, engagement and development.

• Familiar with process improvement methodologies.

• Ability to interact and communicate with different leaders and build relation with other departments.

• Ability to speak Spanish, a plus.
