Process Technician 3 (BEN Shift)

Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our customer in Tualatin OR. as a Process Technician.
Job Responsibilities
  • Performs technical tests and experiments for process engineering within R&D.
  • Performs set up of processing equipment.
  • Monitors, audits, and provides guidance to line operators.
  • Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products.
  • Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.
  • Prepare technical reports and summarize findings related to technical problems experienced while testing and troubleshooting circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies
  • Install components/hardware by referring to drawings and Cell Fusion procedures
  • Access and update Configuration Editor settings by utilizing sales order/BOM (SAP)
  • Create detailed MFG tasks covering skipped steps, document abnormal conditions and tool reminder
  • Provide flexibility and responsiveness for changing priorities including rework requirements and pilot build projects
  • Follow safe work practices by utilizing PPE and practice Lockout Tagout policies and procedures (LOTO and ZEST)
  • Working with PCEVD Strata process engineers, running detailed passdowns from engineers, reporting any issues and minor troubleshooting on process modules in the PG Lab
Here's what you will receive:
Pay: $42.55/hr
Shift: Back End Nights, Wed - Sat, 7pm to 4am
Duration: Temp to hire based on business needs and performance
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-4 years of relevant experience in a related field.
  • Familiarity with pre-metrology and post-metrology operations.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines despite high demands.
  • Proficient in maintaining detailed pass-down documentation and ensuring task completion by end dates.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Semiconductor experience
  • Relevant technical or engineering coursework/degree a plus
