Job Summary: As a leading mid-market IT services solution provider, BDO Digital is seeking individuals to join the ServiceNow practice to complement its portfolio of service offerings. The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow deployments and modules. This role requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and the ability to deliver solutions that enhance our IT service management processes. Job Duties:
- Develops and customizes ServiceNow applications and services, including workflows, forms, and user interfaces, to meet business requirements
- Designs and implements integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs and other integration tools
- Writes and maintains client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and other custom scripts to enhance functionality and user experience
- Conducts unit testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions
- Creates and maintains detailed technical documentation for developed solutions and customizations
- Provides ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements as needed
- Works closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals
- Communicates with clients in a highly professional and timely manner
- Other duties as required
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Education
- High School Diploma or GED, required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, preferred
Experience
- Three (3) or more years of experience in ServiceNow development and customization, required
- Four (4) or more years working in conjunction with off-shore teams to deliver solutions, preferred
- Experience in large complex ERP deployment, preferred
- Experience working in a consulting environment, preferred
License/Certification:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist, preferred
- ITIL
Software
- Experience with ServiceNow modules, ITSM, ITOM, PM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, required
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote management tools, required
- Four (4) or more years of experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting, required Four (4) or more years of experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting, preferred

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
National Range:
