*Key component of this role will be someone who understands change management within manufacturing. Ideally targeting someone who has been the IT support resource for a manufacturing customer.* 1. Provide IT Level 2 PC/Laptop support 2. PC related activities including but not limited to, desk setup, desk cables, monitor and dock hookup, and connection testing. 3. Provide troubleshooting support for customers in the facility with their device connections. 4. Move and/or swap equipment between around the warehouse as needed. 5. Escalate issues as needed internally with IT partners and teams. *Skills* Desktop, Hardware, Windows 10, Deployment, Imaging *Top Skills Details* Desktop,Hardware,Windows 10,Deployment,Imaging *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Physical Office location is: Morris Plains, NJ Does not need to have Iso Standards, but someone with an understanding that they cannot change something on the production line and the change management component that goes into the manufacturing IT space. -End users are all pretty blue collar and this person needs to be able to handle conflict well with a high level of customer service. -Personality will be a huge piece with screening. It takes the right person. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
