About the role

This role will lead a large, sophisticated account within a dynamic therapeutic area in partnership with exceptional senior account leaders across the IPG network. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and accountable with an entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity and a desire to explore and test new ideas.

* Planning and execution of integrated communication campaigns focused on digital channels
* Planning and execution of brand's social channel operation strategy (Instagram, Facebook, Kakao, etc.)
* Supporting influencer identification, coordination and management, including conducting research, maintaining databases and coordinating activation logistics in partnership with our influencer experts
* Assisting with content production from concept to execution
* Driving creation of social content, channels and protocols
* Managing social communities for a clients, including scheduling of content and developing responses
* Supporting campaign reporting and analysis, and delivers accurate and timely campaign results reports
* Conducting digital and social media platform research and media audits independently
* Maintaining and updating status reports, including materials trackers, media trackers, conference/event trackers
* Preparing for and participating in client meetings, including accurately capturing notes, agenda action items, call recaps, updating trackers, timelines and status documents
* Developing a strong understanding of the client's business and target audience
* Maintaining a keen interest in current industry trends, including becoming a student of our clients' sectors, reading earnings call transcripts, Q&As with the CEO, competitors' coverage and influencers' posts

The requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the digital industry, ideally in an agency environment
  • Strong interest in the healthcare space
  • Strong communications skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
  • A team-player attitude and ability to think creatively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

NYC Salary range: $55,000 - $60,000

Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
