Supervisor, Environmental Services - Days/ PMs

Schedule Weekly Hours:

Gundersen Health System is seeking positive, outgoing individuals with a passion for upholding clean and safe healthcare facilities for patients and staff, to join our Environment Services Leadership Team as a Supervisor!

What you'll do:

• Provide organizational leadership to a group of environmental services staff and specialists

• Ensure goals are met in both service and quality and provide HR oversight for the department

• Daily cleaning as well as projects, carpet and hard surface floor care, waste disposal, and moving services

• Shift management and scheduling

• Foster healthy relationships with other leaders as well as promoting those within the department.

What you'll need:

• High school diploma or equivalency

• 2 years of experience in commercial or healthcare environmental services or related field; or 2 years supervisory experience in healthcare or related field

• Ability to work days with flexibility to work 2nd shift (3:00 - 11:00 pm) and rotating weekends and holidays.
