Role Description:

The Creative Writer and Website Content Intern will support the Customer Care department by creating awareness campaigns and updating the website to ensure information is both informative and customer-friendly. The intern will also strategize on marketing current content to boost customer participation.



Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

As a summer Intern, we will provide you with:



  • A real-world experience on exciting projects
  • Connections with recent college graduates and our company leaders
  • Performance of assignments under the direct supervision of a department lead
  • Performance of other work-related duties as needed



Your essential functions include, but are not limited to:



  • Website Content Review: Assess current website content for accuracy, clarity, and customer engagement.
  • Content Updates: Revise and update website content to improve readability and user experience.
  • Customer Engagement: Implement strategies to enhance customer interaction and satisfaction through website content.
  • Customer Welcome Letter: Assist in drafting a welcoming and informative letter for new customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with a team to brainstorm and design a new, customer-friendly bill format.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content that aligns with our brand voice and goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Required Experience:
Experience in web content creation, web design, or content strategy.
Ability to create engaging, customer-friendly content.
Minimum Education Requirements:
Must be currently enrolled fulltime in an undergraduate or graduate program
Must have at least 30 credit hours complete
Must have a minimum 3.0 grade point average
Required Skills:
Strong writing and editing skills with keen attention to detail
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Research skills (especially online) to gather and verify information
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
