Description:
Resource is required to support outstanding SCM responsibilities as well as supporting certain growth areas that the company is prioritizing. The main function of a supply chain analyst is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule. A typical supply chain analyst is responsible for reviewing and distributing production, work and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, etc.

* 2-4 years of related experience

* Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyze costs related to manufacturing, labor and materials.
* Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
* Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production.
* Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Responsibilities:
* Manage weekly CPFR process with National Retail Customer Target
* Build and communicate the weekly forecast for both Sell In and Sell Thru units
* Ensure Order Management accuracy in ERP system - SAP
* Identify potential gaps in demand/supply forecast and resolve deltas
* Drive weekly internal recaps for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
* Daily involvement in managing S&OP escalations
* Manage and measure supply chain processes including channel risk and shipping performance
* Drop Ship/Commerce Hub Edina Business Lead-Focus on SOAP/SDF/DVS business driving
* Partner+ Sales and Reporting -Delivery and Install will be driving additional need for attention and visibility to this initiative
* CE Reporting and Ad-Hoc project work-Primary lead for data pull/formatting and communication for Sales/SCM
* Create and execute regular reporting
* Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout
* Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports
* Create business reports that provide insight into key data points
* Communicate the results of data analysis
* Support Marketing and Sales during promotional events, providing ad-hoc data mining and analysis
* Examine documents, materials and products, and monitor work processes in order to assess completeness, accuracy and conformation to standards and specifications.
* Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities.
* Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures.
* Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.
