Advantage Resourcing is looking to hire a Utility Worker in Georgiana, AL. If you're ready to take on a hands-on role with a dynamic team, we want to hear from you! Pay: $15.60+ per hour Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd As a Utility Worker, you will perform essential clean-up duties, including maintaining restroom and breakroom facilities, and serve as a backup for various production positions within the department. Responsibilities: Learn and perform all tasks within the department Suggest ways to improve efficiency and uptime to the Supervisor Provide input on maintenance needs Sweep up sawdust and veneer scraps using a push broom Collect veneer scraps using a shovel, rake, or by hand Paint plant equipment and materials, including barriers, framework, and guards Perform various production tasks within the mill as required Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Qualifications: Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions, rules, signs, and memos Basic math skills for counting and performing simple calculations Ability to understand and carry out simple instructions Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, climb, sit, carry, push, pull, bend, twist, and reach throughout the shift Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds The services you offer are not without uplifting benefits to show our appreciation for your time and energy!
