Maintenance and Work Control Associate Job ID JR101604 Date posted 12/30/2024 The Waste Management Technical Associate will be responsible for work assignments within Waste Management Program. Coordinates facility operation and maintenance work activities. Participates actively in the development and execution of work including planning, prioritizing, authorizing, monitoring, and accepting work upon completion. Coordinates construction, maintenance and operational activities including utility outages or impairments with occupants and users of facilities in their assigned area; reviews project designs and plans which impact building systems and the Facility User Agreement (FUA); and supports the development of annual work plans. Identify potential hazards, environmental concerns, and unsafe conditions or practices in work or at work site and implement or suggest controls to minimize risk. You will be placed at the level and salary commensurate with your experience. Salary offers will be commensurate with the final candidate's qualification, education and experience and considered with the internal peer group.
