Are you a customer-focused, results-driven leader with a passion for enabling business transformation through technology? As a Senior Project Manager in our Professional Services team, you will be the strategic partner and trusted advisor for our ETQ customers. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful deployment of ETQ Quality Management Software while driving measurable outcomes for our customers. You will leverage your project management expertise and industry knowledge to solve business challenges, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and foster long-term partnerships. Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field (master's degree preferred). 5+ years of experience in project management roles, preferably with enterprise software implementations.
Job Environment: This role is in an office setting with standard equipment usage, including a computer, printer, copier and phone. Regular communication and frequent standing, walking, and utilizing office equipment are part of the job. Vision: Necessary for document review and computer use, including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Speech/Hearing: Sufficient for in-person and telephone communication. Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of hands for typing and writing is required, along with reaching.
