Job Responsibilities

Are you a customer-focused, results-driven leader with a passion for enabling business transformation through technology? As a Senior Project Manager in our Professional Services team, you will be the strategic partner and trusted advisor for our ETQ customers. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful deployment of ETQ Quality Management Software while driving measurable outcomes for our customers. You will leverage your project management expertise and industry knowledge to solve business challenges, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and foster long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Strategic Partner: Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges, objectives, and requirements to design tailored implementation plans that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Project Leadership: Oversee all aspects of the professional services engagement, including resource planning, scheduling, and risk management, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Strategic Guidance: Provide insights and recommendations to customers on best practices for maximizing the value of their ETQ investment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with customer executives and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product, engineering, and customer support, to address customer needs and resolve project roadblocks.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze project performance, capture lessons learned and implement improvements to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field (master's degree preferred).

Experience:

5+ years of experience in project management roles, preferably with enterprise software implementations.

Proven track record of managing complex, customer-facing projects with multiple stakeholders.

Technical Skills:



  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Understanding of enterprise software and quality management systems is highly desirable.
  • Leadership and Communication:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present to senior executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills to identify customer challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Customer Focus: Passionate about delivering value and ensuring customer success.
  • Certifications: PMP or similar certifications preferred.


Job Environment: This role is in an office setting with standard equipment usage, including a computer, printer, copier and phone. Regular communication and frequent standing, walking, and utilizing office equipment are part of the job.

Vision: Necessary for document review and computer use, including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Speech/Hearing: Sufficient for in-person and telephone communication.

Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of hands for typing and writing is required, along with reaching.

Mobility: Adequate for medium to large office navigation.

Lifting: Occasional lifting/moving up to 10 pounds may be needed.
