Job Responsibilities

ETQ is looking for a highly motivated and problem-solving project specialist to join our professional services team. If you enjoy working cross departmentally as well as solving customers issues, this role could be for you. In this position, you will be working around 50% on admin tasks, updating systems and tool configuration, reporting and remote configuration while the other 50% is spent in front of our customers completing short engagements, projects and support cases to improve our product offerings. This is an individual contributor role, with growth opportunities in the future. The ideal candidate will be confident in front of customers, detail oriented and extremely dependable.

Essential functions

* Manage day-to-day operational aspects and scope of assigned projects

* Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion

* Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements

* Manage project issues, risks, and escalations while documenting Professional Services operation processes

* Manages timesheets of all assigned billable projects

* Manages billing of all assigned billable projects

* Manages and enters timesheets for billable partner services

* Manages and addresses timesheet and invoicing questions and issues

* Participates in Sales / Services and Transfer of Knowledge (TOK) Meetings

* Set up projects in Professional Services systems

* Updates and manages Services Billing weekly basis to accurately reflect projected quarterly billing, project status, etc.

* Manage Professional Services reporting cadence including PMO, KPI, and QBR dashboards and reports

* Lead planning calls with new & existing customers to define draft timeline and initiate project logistics (e.g., identify project start date)

* Identify problems in the operations process and resolve them in a timely manner

* Maintain the security and privacy of ETQ's information assets

Qualifications

* 3-5 years administrative and/or project coordination experience

* Bachelor's Degree preferably in business administration or related field

* Proven experience working independently, managing multiple priorities and using sound discretion and decision making

* Experience working with Salesforce

* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

* Experience interacting with both internal and external customers

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Strong customer service focus

* Demonstrate drive and initiative to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, customer focused environment

* Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to accomplish team goals

* Excellent planning and organization skills

* Ability to interact in a professional manner with all levels of the organization

Job Environment: This role is in an office setting with standard equipment usage, including a computer, printer, copier and phone. Regular communication and frequent standing, walking, and utilizing office equipment are part of the job.

Vision: Necessary for document review and computer use, including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Speech/Hearing: Sufficient for in-person and telephone communication.

Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of hands for typing and writing is required, along with reaching.

Mobility: Adequate for medium to large office navigation.

Lifting: Occasional lifting/moving up to 10 pounds may be needed.
