ETQ is looking for a highly motivated and problem-solving project specialist to join our professional services team. If you enjoy working cross departmentally as well as solving customers issues, this role could be for you. In this position, you will be working around 50% on admin tasks, updating systems and tool configuration, reporting and remote configuration while the other 50% is spent in front of our customers completing short engagements, projects and support cases to improve our product offerings. This is an individual contributor role, with growth opportunities in the future. The ideal candidate will be confident in front of customers, detail oriented and extremely dependable. Essential functions Qualifications
* 3-5 years administrative and/or project coordination experience Job Environment: This role is in an office setting with standard equipment usage, including a computer, printer, copier and phone. Regular communication and frequent standing, walking, and utilizing office equipment are part of the job. Vision: Necessary for document review and computer use, including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Speech/Hearing: Sufficient for in-person and telephone communication. Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of hands for typing and writing is required, along with reaching. Mobility: Adequate for medium to large office navigation. Lifting: Occasional lifting/moving up to 10 pounds may be needed. Benefits:
