Job Summary:

ArchWell Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage a team of Instructional Designers and play a pivotal role in developing and delivering high-quality learning solutions that enhance the knowledge and skills of our clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals.

Duties/Responsibilities:



  • Manage and support a team of Instructional Designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure the delivery of effective learning solutions.
  • Prioritize and allocate budget resources strategically to high-impact learning initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Continuously evaluate spending patterns, optimize costs, and ensure a strong return on investment (ROI) for learning programs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues within the Learning team to ensure that development of learning solutions is in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of engaging, interactive, and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, infographics, and multimedia assets.
  • Incorporate cutting-edge instructional technologies and instructional design best-in-class practices to enhance the learning experience and instructional design processes.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines. Regularly assess the capacity of the Instructional Design (ID) team. Balance project demands and team availability.
  • Set and communicate realistic deadlines and goals to team members and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Subject Matter Experts, Improvement Advisors, Operations Leaders, Trainers, Project Managers, and others, to ensure the development of high-quality learning solutions.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve instructional design programs based on learner feedback, performance KPIs, training ROI analysis, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Stay current with instructional design trends, e-learning technologies, and industry best



Required Skills/Abilities:



  • Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and learning technology.
  • Knowledge of e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry, Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans/regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel on occasion (less than 10%)



Minimum Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably with 2 years in a management role.
  • Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
