Job Summary:

ArchWell Health is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to support our high-growth business. This role will be a key contributor to our real estate department, managing lease activity for ArchWell Health centers across various markets. The ideal candidate will be eager to dive into a fast-paced high-growth business environment, harness organizational and analytical skills to support the company's growth and find excitement in the opportunity to learn and develop our business.

Duties/Responsibilities:



  • Track leasing activity during negotiations and post-execution
  • Maintain lease abstracts to keep track of obligations:
  • Spearhead completion of landlord and tenant obligations
  • Support Construction and Market Launch teams to ensure timing of lease execution, delivery, etc.
  • Coordinate internal communication of tenant responsibilities and site diligence prior to lease execution
  • Develop process for lease onboarding and management, including


    • Lease/landlord onboarding (W9, ACH, insurance coverages, COIs, prepaid rent, security deposits, etc.)
    • Support payment setup and ongoing support (rent bumps, CAM reconciliation, etc.)
    • Support collection of tenant improvement allowances
    • Support Facilities with lease review and interpretation of maintenance obligations
    • Manage process for amendments, estoppels, SNDAs, Memo of Lease, Delivery Date confirmations, etc.




Required Skills/Abilities:



  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Familiarity with leases and related contracts
  • Strong communications skills
  • Ability to manage external communication with landlords and real estate partners
  • Ability to summarize information effectively



Minimum Qualifications:



  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-6 years of experience in lease administration
  • Experience with SharePoint, Excel, and other organizational tools
