Commercial Tire Sales Representative

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

Schedule: Monday - Friday, with rotating Saturdays

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer service inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair and service process.
• Provide exceptional customer service by offering updates on service status, completion times, and any changes.
• Oversee the entire sales and repair process to ensure all customer concerns are addressed.
• Offer concierge-level support to ensure a positive experience for every customer.
• Provide detailed product and service knowledge and answer customer questions regarding vehicle operations and characteristics.
• Create and close work orders for services rendered.
• Recommend additional sales or parts as needed.
• Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage loyalty.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma.
• 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Solid understanding of vehicles and automotive service.
• Strong communication, customer service, listening, and time management skills.
• Professional and personable with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong attention to detail.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
