Pay: $17-$25 per hour (Based on qualifications/experience)

Shift Details:

• 1st Shift | 6 AM - 2 PM
• 2nd Shift | 2 PM - 10 PM
• 3rd Shift | 10 PM - 5 AM

Requirements: 1 year of related experience (inventory and grinding belts), familiarity with micrometers, and calipers, willingness to learn to operate an overhead crane, ability to lift 50 pounds, steel toes, and train on the 1st shift.

Roll Grinder Operator responsibilities include safely operating a grinder, setting up machines properly, maintaining clean machinery, matching serial numbers from the roll to the factory order, installing bearings, performing inspection checks to ensure parts are made to standard mathematic measurements, and collaborating with the manager to sign off on finished products.
