Genesis10 is currently looking for an Organizational Change Management Consultant with Operations and Supply Chain experience for a 9+ month project for a client in InverGrove Heights MN. 100% Remote
Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Organizational Change Management- 60%: * Lead the development and socialization of the change strategy and plan with leaders, project team members and key stakeholders. * Plan and execute the change plan, integrating key deliverables into the project plan. * Report on the status and progress of change delivery, business readiness and end user adoption metrics. * Collaborate with IT and business teams to build detailed stakeholder analyses and engagement plans. * Partner with the global process team and subject matter experts to identify, assess, and solution change impacts. * Design, develop and coordinate change advocate meetings across to the organization to cascade communication to impacted end users. * Provide coaching to organizational and people leaders on strategies for change adoption and support, communication cascades, and prioritized change impacts. * Develop and monitor mechanisms to continually gather feedback from impacted audiences on their perceptions related to the change initiative and how they contribute to success. * Collaborate with the learning and development team to ensure training solutions developed and delivered for identified change impacts. Monitor training delivery for adoption success and implement additional change support as needed. * Partner with the communication team to establish the communication strategy, design communication plans and deliver end user communications. Organizational Readiness and Collaboration- 20%: * Collaborate with Human Resources during periods of workforce transition, job role changes, and adjustments to target operating models and organizational design. * Design, develop, and manage change readiness assessments used to understand employee behavioral readiness and existing organizational capabilities. * Collaborate with learning and development and communication teams to identify interdependencies, efficiently coordinate with superusers and SMEs and deliver integrated change adoption solutions. * Coordinate with communication resources to plan and develop communications for business readiness impacts. People Leadership/ Perform other duties required- 20%: * Ensure alignment and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and leaders. * Continuously improve the change management knowledge and skill of employees through training, education, and mentoring. * Demonstrate visible leadership and exhibit CHS leadership capabilities. Required Basic Qualifications: * Experience in demand planning system implementations, transportation management system implementations. * Cross-functional experience in supply chain operations. * Demonstrated success leading change and communications for large scale project oriented and team-basedenvironments. * Demonstrated skill in organizing, leading, and inspiring individuals toward goal attainment, and service performance in acontinually changing environment. * Proven ability to understand and communicate short and long-term value proposition to achieve the desired goals, linking long-term vision to short term plans. Education, Certifications and/or Professional Credentials: * Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in organizational behavior, organization development and / or communications/business-related field. * 8 plus years of relevant work experience in organizational development, management consulting or corporate communications, with an emphasis on change management and business readiness Preferred Qualifications: * MBA or Master's Degree in related area, Project Management Certification, Change Management Certification, Organization Development Certification, Experience with strategic planning. * Management and cross-functional experience. * Technology transformation experience. * Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple initiatives at separate phases of execution. * Demonstrated success in wide breadth of OCM delivery * Experience in demand planning system implementations, transportation management system implementations. * Cross-functional experience in supply chain operations.
